Goodbye 2025-hello new adventures!

By

I think all adults have the same feeling on New Years Eve-where did the year go? Time flies when you are an adult, but 2025 went at light speed!

I started off this year with a new website, lots of craft shows and an art show. Also- I started teaching classes! I would call this year a success; but I had lots of bumps along the road. I had more learning experiences than I would have liked. But, as they say, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. I should be coming into 2026 strong enough to lift a car! I am kidding- ! But there were times this year when the frustration took over I wanted to throw in the towel. However, I am stubborn and thankfully I kept going because 2026 is set up to be an amazing year! I will share my new ventures with you all in the coming days.

Looking back at 2025, I learned a lot about which craft shows to book, what parts of the state I do well in and what art sells on a consistent basis. I have also learned a lot about my teaching process and what types of classes to offer the public. I have learned that I suck with keeping up with a blog and my writing-but I will rectify that next year ๐Ÿ˜‰

I do want to thank everyone who came to a class, a craft show, my art show, shared my posts, bought my work and simply just supported my dream. And of course to my family, without Mike, Mom and Xavier I wouldn’t be as far as I am today. I will share with you more next year about how they all support this business and their artistic talents and contributions to Rebekah Jane Art.

Myra, Frankie, Amber and the whole Diaz family I am beyond grateful for your support!

Last and certainly not least my extended Philly family- Dan, Nancy,Mia and Alex you are the best!I appreciate all of your support and love!

Best wishes for a wonderful New Year and I will be posting again soon!
